Q: How does Hospitality differ from Hotel Management?
A: Hotel Management is the formal study of running day to day operations of hotels and restaurants. Hospitality Management, on the other hand, is a wider field encompassing operations and working of F& B services, Events, Airlines and Cabin Services, Retail Management, Clubs, Cruise lines, and Travel and tours, and Hotel management. As a result, students in hospitality management have a much wider scope of employment.
Q: Why should I choose IHM?

Q: What is a paid internship?
A. Students attend internship program in collaborating company of the HTMi. Here a students gets industrial training and earns approx. 2400 Swiss Francs (1 lac 12 thousand rupees). The paid internship, thus, partially funds the studies.
Q: What is International Transfer Program?
A: In the International Transfer Program, a student can transfer to HTMi in the third year and beyond. Student earns Swiss qualification at half the cost.
Q: Where will I find employment after the course?
A: Completing your program in HTMi renders a student employable in the top level multinational companies. The institution has countrywide links in the hospitality industry to ensure campus placements for its student.
